Energy Bars

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tblsp. Honey
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups granola cereal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend well. Pat into greased 8 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into 16 bars.
